Vereev is a luxury authentication app that allows users to create an account, submit product authentication requests, upload product photos, use tokens and wallet features, receive authentication results and certificates, watch rewarded ads to earn tokens, and receive push notifications where enabled.

Depending on how users interact with Vereev, we may collect:

• Account information such as email address and name, if provided
• Uploaded product images submitted for authentication
• Authentication order details and certificate/result information
• Wallet and token activity, including token rewards and usage
• Device and app usage information
• Push notification token if notifications are enabled
• Logs needed for security, fraud prevention, debugging, and app functionality

We use information for the following purposes:

• Provide app functionality
• Process product authentication orders
• Manage token and wallet balances
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse
• Improve reliability, support, and app performance
• Send notifications if allowed by the user
• Show rewarded ads and measure ad performance

Vereev uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads. Third-party advertising partners may collect or receive information such as device identifiers, advertising data, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostics, performance data, and ad interaction data, depending on user consent and applicable law.

For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Vereev may show a consent message before personalized ads are shown. Users can manage choices where required.

We may share information with:

• Service providers such as Supabase and backend infrastructure providers
• Google AdMob and advertising partners for rewarded ads
• Apple and App Store services where applicable
• Legal, safety, or security parties if required to comply with law or protect users, Vereev, or others

• Users can contact us to request help with privacy questions or account-related requests.
• Users can manage notification permission in iOS Settings.
• Users can manage ad consent choices where available and required by law.
• Users can stop using rewarded ads if they do not want ad-based token rewards.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Vereev, support authentication records, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain app functionality. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
