How it works
Four steps from photos to result

Sign in
Use the email of your Vereev account, with your password, Continue with Google, or Continue with Apple.

Choose the brand and item type
Search the brand and pick what kind of item it is. The page shows the token cost before you start.

Add the photos
Follow the photo checklist for your item. Each photo uploads as soon as you add it.
4
Confirm and get your result
Check the summary and confirm. Vereev reviews your photos and the result appears in My orders and in the Vereev app.
Before you start
What you need
A Vereev account
Accounts are created in the Vereev app, with your name and phone number added to your profile.
Tokens
An authentication costs 1 token for Hyped and unlisted brands, 2 for Luxury and 3 for Exclusive brands. Tokens are bought in the app.
Clear photos of the item
Each item type has its own checklist, from 2 required photos for jewellery to 8 for bags, and up to 15 photos in all. Take them with your phone or upload them from a computer.
Better photos, faster results
Photo tips
- Use daylight or a bright, even light, without flash glare.
- Fill the frame with the item or detail and keep it in sharp focus.
- Photograph labels, stamps, serial numbers and codes straight on, so every character is readable.
- Use a plain background and no filters or edits.
- If your browser can’t open a photo (for example HEIC on some computers), export it as JPEG and try again.

Privacy and security
How your photos are used
- Photos go to private storage linked to your account and are seen by the Vereev review team.
- An Authentic or Replica result gets a public record with the reviewed photos, the result and the date. It never shows your name, email or account.
- Signing out here only signs out this browser. You stay signed in to the Vereev app.

Questions about authenticating online
Can I authenticate an item without the Vereev app?
You need a Vereev account and tokens, and both come from the Vereev app. Once you have them, you can send an item for authentication from this page in any up-to-date browser, on a phone or a computer.
I signed up with Apple or Google. How do I sign in here?
Choose Continue with Apple or Continue with Google and use the same account you use in the Vereev app. Your existing tokens and orders stay together.
How many tokens does an authentication cost?
It depends on the brand: 1 token for Hyped brands and brands that are not on our list, 2 tokens for Luxury brands and 3 tokens for Exclusive brands. The cost is shown before you confirm, and tokens are only used when you confirm.
Where do I see my result?
Open My orders on this page or History in the app. Your review status and official result are shared between them.
What if Vereev needs more photos?
The request appears in the Vereev app and under "More photos requested" on this page, with a note on what to photograph. Sending more photos continues the same order and does not use more tokens.
What happens if my connection drops while I upload?
Photos upload one at a time and this browser tab remembers your progress, so you can carry on after a reload. If you confirm again after a connection problem, you are not charged twice for the same order.
