Is This Pandora Website Real? How to Check a Shop Before You Pay

Pandora names two official sites, but real partner shops and outlets exist too. Before you pay, check any shop in Pandora's own lists, even one at 70% off.

Quick answer

Pandora says it has two official websites, pandoragroup.com and pandora.net, but some real partner shops use other domains. So do not judge a shop by its address. Before you pay, type stores.pandora.net into your browser to open Pandora's store locator, then check Pandora's local partner list too. A shop on neither list is unverified, not proven fake, so pay only with buyer protection.

Pandora warns that fake sites can look real, and it names the tricks they use. This guide gives you a method for any shop, built on Pandora's own lists. It covers online shops only. To judge the piece itself, use our real vs fake guide. For a private seller or a marketplace listing, use our second-hand Pandora guide.

What are Pandora's official websites?

Pandora says it has two official websites: pandoragroup.com, its corporate site, and pandora.net, its consumer site. It says it is also on other online platforms, such as the Pandora Club, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Archived official pages show country sites as subdomains, such as sg.pandora.net and ie.pandora.net.

Pandora's own site is not the only real shop. Pandora says many authorized retailers have their own websites, and that some have webshops. At the end of 2025, it counted 6,998 points of sale, including 2,811 concept stores. Nobody can remember that many, so use the lists and do not rely on memory.

What fake Pandora sites copy

Pandora warns that fake sites may use Pandora in the site name, copy official images and even link to its real website. Pandora's Hong Kong site, in a copy saved on 17 October 2021, said the most common violations happen online and that fake sites range from poorly made to convincing. So good photos, a familiar name and a link to pandora.net prove nothing.

Counts are old, but they show the scale. GoodtoKnow, citing The Sun, reported on 15 November 2017 that a Facebook page owner counted over 200 fake Pandora sites offering up to 70% off. Pandora reported removing more than 2,800 fake websites in 2014, the latest count we found. In its annual report for 2019, it said it removes fake commercial websites daily.

1. Open Pandora's lists yourself

Pandora's store locator is at stores.pandora.net. Type that address into your browser yourself. Do not follow a link from the shop, because fake sites can link to the real one.

The second list is Pandora's local market partner page. On 2 November 2026 it named six market partners, and the table in check 2 lists all six. Both lists can change. If your country is on neither list, read the section after check 5.

2. Look the shop up in those lists

Look for the shop by name in the store locator, and by domain in the partner list. The table shows what each result means.

What you may find, and what it means
What you seeHow to confirm itWhat it means
Pandora Store or Authorized RetailerIt appears with that type in the store locator.A shop with that name is on Pandora's list on the day you checked. Fake sites can copy a real shop's name, so a name match alone does not prove the website belongs to that shop.
Outlet StoreIt appears with that type in the store locator.Pandora defines this as a fully branded Pandora outlet, so lower prices there can be official. A name match alone does not prove a website is that outlet.
Partner domainIt is on the partner page when you check. On 2 November 2026 that page listed time.am (Armenia), pandorashop.ba (Bosnia and Herzegovina), time.ge (Georgia), pandorashop.mk (North Macedonia), pandorashop.md (Moldova) and pandorashop.me (Montenegro).A listed partner on the day you checked, even though the domain is not pandora.net.
Anything elseIt is on neither list.Treat it as unverified, not as proven fake.

3. Read the domain, but do not rely on it

Pandora's own lists show why the address alone cannot decide this. A domain outside pandora.net is not automatically fake, because the partner shops above use other domains. A domain with Pandora in it is not automatically real, because Pandora warns that fake sites use its name. For example, pandorashop.ba may look like a copy, yet it was on Pandora's partner list when we read it on 2 November 2026.

We name no suspect domains here. A list of bad addresses goes out of date, while the check in step 2 works for any shop in the markets the lists cover.

  • Look only at the site name in the address: the part after https:// and before the next /. Read that part from right to left.
  • sg.pandora.net ends in pandora.net, so it belongs to pandora.net. An address such as pandora.net.example.com ends in example.com, so it belongs to example.com, not to Pandora.
  • If pandora.net appears only after the site name, the address does not belong to pandora.net either.

4. Look for a phone number and a return policy

Grace & Co, a UK retailer that describes itself as a Pandora stockist, says fake shops can show good photos but give no return policy or phone number. Look for both before you pay. If they are missing, treat that as a warning. If they are there, they prove nothing, because anyone can add them to a page.

In the UK, there is one more thing to look for. Birmingham Assay Office says UK sellers of precious metals must by law display a Dealer's Notice, in store or online. If a UK shop selling silver or gold shows none, treat that as a warning too.

Appearance is no proof in a physical shop either. Grace & Co also warns that some shops abroad look like Pandora concept stores but sell fakes. It names no locations.

5. Judge the discount and the checkout

A large discount can be official. A Pandora Singapore page, saved on 24 September 2020, carried a banner for up to 50% off with a further 20% off three items. Pandora's store locator also lists outlet stores.

A large discount can also be a warning. Azuline, a French jeweler that describes itself as an authorized dealer, says abnormally low prices on marketplaces or unknown sites generally point to counterfeits. So use a big discount on an unknown site as a reason to run the checks above. It does not decide the question.

Watch the checkout too. GoodtoKnow reported in November 2017 that a post on a Facebook page collecting reports of fake Pandora sites said some of them show PayPal and then remove it at checkout. If a payment option you relied on disappears at the last step, stop. Neither price nor domain decides this alone, so use all 5 checks together.

If your country is on neither of Pandora's lists

On 2 November 2026, the locator's index listed 40 markets, including Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Greece, Turkey and the UAE. It did not list Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, South Korea, Russia or mainland China. This does not prove there are no stores there.

Pandora's partner page covers Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, North Macedonia, Moldova and Montenegro. In markets on neither list, the lists cannot confirm a shop. So treat any shop outside pandora.net as unverified, pay only with buyer protection, and rely on checks 4 and 5.

I already ordered from the site: what now?

Keep the evidence listed below. Then contact your bank or payment provider about a dispute. Rules vary by country, and this is not legal advice.

Report the site in English to Pandora's Brand Protection team, through its page called Reporting brand and product violations on pandoragroup.com. Send the web address, the ad that led you there, photos of the product, and your receipt or order email. Pandora says it cannot answer every email. Pandora also says it does not authenticate jewelry bought from unauthorized retailers or online retailers, and it does not say whether that includes an authorized retailer's webshop. Grace & Co says customers often bring in fakes bought online, and that it cannot help with refunds or warranty on them.

When the item arrives, use our real vs fake guide. If you are still unsure, photograph the piece in the Vereev app and send the photos for a review.

  • Save the web address and the ad that led you there.
  • Take screenshots of the product page and the checkout.
  • Keep the order email and your payment record.

What a shop check cannot tell you

A listing shows that the shop is on Pandora's lists at that moment. It does not cover items that other people resell. An unlisted shop is not proven fake. Pandora says it can only guarantee the authenticity of products bought through its authorized retailers.

Vereev reviews items from photos and does not vet websites. A photo review also cannot test metal purity, so go to a jeweler or an assay office for that.

Common questions

What readers ask about this topic

What is Pandora's official website?

Pandora says it has two official websites, pandoragroup.com and pandora.net. Country sites appear as subdomains such as sg.pandora.net. Some real partner shops use other domains, so check Pandora's lists as well.

Is a Pandora shop on another domain always fake?

No. On 2 November 2026, Pandora's partner page listed six market partners on other domains, such as pandorashop.ba and time.ge, and Pandora says many authorized retailers have their own websites. Check the shop in Pandora's locator and partner list on the day you buy.

Are Pandora outlet stores real?

Some are. Pandora's store locator has an Outlet Store type, which it defines as a fully branded Pandora outlet. A shop that calls itself an outlet is unverified unless it appears in the locator, and a matching name alone does not prove a website belongs to it.

Is a Pandora website with 70% off real?

The discount alone cannot tell you, because an official Pandora Singapore page in September 2020 carried up to 50% off with a further 20% off three items. GoodtoKnow, citing The Sun, reported in 2017 on fake sites offering up to 70% off. Check the shop in Pandora's lists before you pay.

The site links to pandora.net. Does that make it safe?

No. Pandora warns that fake sites may even link to its real website. Open the store locator yourself by typing stores.pandora.net into your browser.

How do I report a fake Pandora website?

Report it in English to Pandora's Brand Protection team, through its page called Reporting brand and product violations on pandoragroup.com, with the web address, the ad, photos of the product and your receipt. Pandora says it cannot answer every email, but that it will follow up and take legal action if appropriate.

Can I get my money back from a fake Pandora site?

That depends on your payment method and your country. Contact your bank or payment provider about a dispute, and keep the web address, screenshots, order email and payment record. This is not legal advice.

Does Vereev check websites?

No. Vereev reviews items from photos and does not vet websites. Use Pandora's lists to check the shop, and a Vereev review to check the piece when it arrives.
